Permanent Ink, Blue

Regular price $13.00
For ideas with staying power – make their mark!

These Permanent Inks are designed to work seamlessly with the Ori Refillable Marker System, delivering bold, long-lasting color without the harsh fumes and chemical nasties often associated with traditional permanent markers.

Water-based, richly pigmented and smooth-flowing, they're made for everyday creativity, organization and mark-making. Available in Black and Blue, each ink is formulated to write confidently on paper, card, plastic, glass, ceramic, metal, wood, packaging and more. Whether you are labelling storage jars, personalizing packaging, sketching ideas or tackling creative projects beyond the page, these inks are designed to stick around.

How permanent is it? It depends on the surface.
  • Paper & card: Fully permanent once dry. Water-resistant and designed to stay put.
  • Plastic & metal: Durable and water-resistant once dry. Ideal for labelling, organizing and everyday use. Depending on the surface finish, marks may be removed with abrasion, cleaning products or repeated scrubbing.
  • Glass & ceramic: Smudge-resistant once dry, but can be removed with water and scrubbing. Great for temporary labels, organization and creative projects. Our Permanent Ink has been tested against the market-leading permanent marker and performs on par. Drying time: approximately 1–2 minutes depending on the surface.
Permanent Ink Care
This Permanent Ink is designed to stay put on paper, card, wood, ceramic, metal and more – which means it’s a little less forgiving than standard fountain pen ink if spilled. A few tips to keep things running smoothly:
  • Always store your pen capped when not in use.
  • Avoid overfilling reservoirs or traveling with freshly filled tips facing downward.
  • If ink gets on hands or surfaces, Amodex Ink & Stain Remover is our go-to for removal (always test on an inconspicuous area first).
  • Keep Permanent Ink away from delicate fabrics and unfinished surfaces.
  • As with all marker pens, occasional nib saturation or ink transfer can happen after refilling – a quick wipe before use usually solves it!
