This herb has a bright, refreshing peppermint flavor. It is great for any winter dried-herb supply. It has multiple uses, including, freshening breath, helps with digestive discomfort and may be used in teas and smoothies.

Sow seeds indoors just beneath surface of soil. Sow seeds 12-18 inches apart. Transplant outdoors after danger of frost has passed in late spring.

Can also be directly sown outdoors just before last spring frost. Will spread vigorously; to control its runners plant in a ground level container.
