We have tried to answer any questions you might have while shopping with us, but if you still need more information please feel free to contact us about anything.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and also PayPal. Credit card charges that appear on your statement will look something like "ZAKKAJOY". For your safety and security, we do not store your credit card information.

If you prefer to use PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account. If you do have an account, you can log into your PayPal account directly from our shopping cart. Through PayPal you can also pay via all major credit cards, your PayPal balance, your bank account or an e-check. Please note: E-check payments take some time to clear just like real checks. Your e-check will have to clear before your order can be shipped out. You will receive notification when your e-check payment is processed, followed by notification that your stuff is on the way. When you send money with an eCheck from a U.S. bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. From a Canadian bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 7-8 business days. Please keep this in mind if you need your item(s) within a certain amount of time.

Promotions and Discounts

Various promotions and discounts may be offered from time to time through various means, such as emails, posted on this website or other means of advertising. Please remember to use the discount codes or participate in the promotions before the promotion ends. We reserve the right to end promotions early without notice.

Gift Cards

We offer gift certificates that can be emailed directly to the recipient for use on this website. The minimum amount is $5.00 and the maximum is $200.00. The gift card sent via email will contain a unique code. To redeem a gift certificate, add items to your cart, enter the code on the View Cart page, and click the Apply Changes button. The amount of the gift card will automatically be deducted from the total amount.

Physical gift cards are also available for use in our retail location. You can order one through this website, or purchase one in our retail store. If you don't live nearby, and want to send someone local a gift card to use in store, we can mail your card to the recipient! Also, we can hold the gift card in-store for the recipient as well - just let us know in the comments section of your online order. Physical gift cards are available in any amount in-store, and from $10 to $300 through this website.

Store Pick-up

Pick-up is available! Make sure you get what you want before it sells out, order secret gifts, save time shopping, or even just avoid getting distracted by all the awesome stuff in our shop. We will pull all your items for you and pack them in a bag. By buying items online and picking them up in a store, you avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Simply choose "Store Pick-up" at checkout. When your order is ready, you will receive an email. 

Stop by anytime we are open (every day from 11am to 6pm) to pick-up your order. If you would like us to bring your order to the door, or to your car, give us a call or contact us through this site, and we will coordinate with you. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a specific time outside of our regular hours.

Here's how:

  • During checkout, place your order and choose Store Pickup as the delivery method
  • Wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
  • Bring your ID or order number to the store and pick up your items
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 2 weeks; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
  • If you can’t pick up your order within 2 weeks and you don’t want it to be canceled, call or contact us through this site, and we will coordinate with you  

Gifts

If you would like your items to be shipped without the invoice, or with a gift message included, let us know in the comments box during checkout or by contacting us. We will gladly add your note, or fill out your greeting card for you!

Real-Time Inventory

All inventories are real time with a window of approximately 5 minutes. When a product goes out of stock, OUT OF STOCK will show up in place of the ADD TO CART button. Occasionally an estimated time of arrival may be posted if we are sure something is being delivered. The timeframe only denotes when we estimate the product to be back in stock. Until the product is back in stock and the ADD TO CART button is viewable, the item cannot be ordered unless it is a pre-order.

The best way to know when something is back is to sign-up to be notified on the product page. Enter your email address and click the NOTIFY ME button. As soon as the item is back, you will automatically receive an email!

All our items are housed in our one retail location. We do not drop ship from our manufacturers. On occasion, items may ship in separate packages, but you will never be charged extra for shipping. We try to keep our inventory as up-to-the-second up-to-date as possible. However, it is entirely possible that someone may purchase the last one of the very thing you are ordering mere moments before you complete your checkout. Sometimes our inventory can be off because something has mysteriously disappeared *eyeroll*. Because of this, we cannot guarantee our in-stock status of an item to be 100% accurate! If you happen to order an item that has gone out of stock or gone to Narnia, we will contact you to offer a replacement, or promptly refund your money.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally we accept pre-orders on items that are limited edition, in high-demand, or that we know we will be receiving a certain amount of soon. If an item is available for pre-order, the ADD TO CART button will say PRE-ORDER instead, and an estimated in-stock date will be show on the product page. If other items are ordered in addition to the pre-ordered item, those items will be reserved and not sold to anyone else. However, those additional items will not ship until the pre-ordered item becomes available. Orders that have pre-ordered items generally ship out the very same day the item arrives to us. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to New York State.

Wholesale

We do not offer a wholesale service at this time, however we do extend respectable discounts to customers who are ordering a large amount of one item. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about placing a large order, and we will work with you setting up a bulk discount where available.
